The setup fee covers everything it takes to go live — discovery, build, installation, and staff training. The monthly retainer covers hosting, ongoing improvements, support, and the guarantees. No hidden costs between those two numbers. All prices exclude VAT.
Questions owners actually ask
What happens to my data if I leave?
Everything is yours. You get a full export of all your data — products, sales, customers, documents, content — in standard formats you can open in Excel or hand to any developer. You also keep a perpetual licence to run the software yourself. It's in the contract before we start.
Do I have to replace everything I'm currently using?
Not necessarily. Payment hardware at the counter stays. Your WhatsApp number stays. What we replace is the software layer you're currently renting — the platforms that could raise their prices or shut down tomorrow. We connect to what makes sense to keep and replace what doesn't belong to you.
Is the fee really fixed? What if I open another shop?
Yes. The monthly number on your contract is the monthly number on your invoice — every month, without exception. If your business grows significantly in scope, we agree a new scope together in writing. We don't silently add line items.
Who do I contact when something breaks?
Us, directly. Not a support ticket queue, not a call centre, not a chatbot. You have a number and a name — the same person who built the system and knows how it works.
Why not just use a cheaper app?

Where does my data actually live?
